Package Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain securely attached.
Labels and Shipping
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
